The screenshot below shows how Wintouch can automate a chain of events to happen based on a user-definable trigger, such as a database field change. This can be an ERP data field such as Customer Account Balance.

 

For example: Cutomer account balance goes over 100k in the ERP system. A Wintouch Workflow script picks this up aytomatically and sends an email to the relevant Account Manager to follow it up.
